Daniel Warner – Partner
An Arizona legal luminary, Daniel R. Warner began his career by earning one of the highest multi-state bar exam scores in the country. Since then, Mr. Warner has gone on to become a well-respected litigator in the state of Arizona.
Before joining Kelly / Warner, Daniel practiced with an “AV-rated” firm, where he concentrated on litigation and business law.
Today, as a partner, at Kelly / Warner, he heads up the firm’s business and bankruptcy division. Mr.Warner also works on various contractual matters, in addition to defamation and various real estate issues. A list of his focus areas can be found below.
An honored graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Daniel Warner was in the top 1% of his class, earned seven certificates of merit – as well as the President’s Achievement Award — and served on the law review. Daniel graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Haven, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree.
Today, Mr. Warner participates in the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and State Bar of Arizona Members’ Assistance Committee, and is licensed to practice in all Arizona courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
