Hi. We kind of debated putting a privacy policy up because…well…people may steal it. But our love for our clients and our concern for their privacy overcame that fear…that and I’m pretty sure our site ranks better in the Googles because of it. Either way, here is our Privacy Policy. We will discuss several things in this Policy, specifically the types of information we collect (not much) and what we do with it (again..not much). We don’t sell your information, but we do transfer your information in the event we cannot assist you and we feel another attorney may be better suited to handle your case. We also collect basic information via our consultation form. This information is used to contact you to set up an appointment and to store in our client list to check for future conflicts. That’s it…..for now at least. If we change our minds we’ll discuss it with you first.
Also, not to be Captain Obvious but if you’re in a different country then your information is going to be transferred to us and vice versa. Also, we don’t store all this lovely information in a computer in a shed in our back yard..rather its in some fancy server here in the U.S. So, to get to the point you agree that we have permission to transfer this information and that you realize this information is going across borders.
Our App may also collect certain information about your use, including the number of times you have downloaded and deleted it (why would you delete it, seriously its awesome) as well as whether you contacted us through the App.

Controlling Your Privacy.

This list of web browser privacy management links may also be useful.
Third Party Links
We may have links to third parties (like our awesome clients for example) on the Site. These Sites should have Privacy Policies that govern their relationship with you (if not, thats naughty). Please read their Privacy Policies carefully.
