With An Edge
We help entrepreneurs sort through startup legalities and assist online companies with
Internet business law issues.
Like the 5 star rating says, "as good as it gets." As an internet startup, we are fortunate to have Kelly / Warner on our side. We had a number of legal items that needed attention and the Kelly / Warner team addressed them quickly and professionally. Aaron called and skyped us, throughout the process, to ensure we understood everything. Plus, he's a pleasant guy with a great sense of humor. -Daehee P.

First, A Few Common Questions About Our Internet Business Law Practice...
Entrepreneur.com published a list of questions business owners should ask prospective business law attorneys. Our answers are below.
What is your approach to conflict resolution?
Every case is different. We’ve been practicing long enough to know what tactics and approaches work best in certain situations.
Will there be anyone else working on or handling my case?
We're a lean team of three partners, associates & paralegals, plus a tech-savvy researcher; everyone is obsessive about privacy. Sometimes we may want to consult another attorney about your case. In those instances, we'll ask permission.
How do you bill?
Billing depends on the situation. Some services – like drafting a contract or letter – are a set price. If, however, the issue is not resolved immediately, and you choose to litigate, we bill by the hour.
How long do you typically take to get back to people?
For non-emergencies, we typically return inquires within 24-hours -- except in rare circumstances. For client emergencies, within minutes.
How do you typically communicate with clients?
However they want. If you’re a face-to-face person, let's meet. If you prefer to do things on-the-fly — via various digital communication tools — that works too. We’re here to make things as convenient as possible for you.
Do you make referrals?
Yes. If we know we’re not the right firm, we won’t take you on as a client. There’s no point wasting your time or money. We’ll always put you in touch with attorneys we know can handle your issue best.
